Most you know the birthday boy as Mike-E, or the Mikester or some other edgy nickname. I'm afraid it falls on his older and greying brother to look back on the earlier years in this guy's life. Pops, (and yes that's what we call him) here's a very sweet picture of you probably taken around the time you first joined Turi. 

Its been a pleasure to see you grow up and I look forward to many more years with such a cool calm and collected younger bro.
